Diviasoft provides email, remote and onsite support for Microsoft RMS and POS software and POS hardware.
Our support is available on Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.
1. Microsoft RMS - Email Support - Free Incident based support
Diviasoft provides free incident based support by email - Please send in your request for an incident based support to firstname.lastname@example.org
We provide email based support ONLY to our existing Microsoft RMS Clients who are current on their Microsoft annual software maintenance plan.
If the question is simple and easy we will provide you a free email support.
Based on our past experience most of the client questions are simple and easy to resolve by email.
2. Microsoft RMS - Remote Support over the Internet / Phone:
Remote Support is provided on Microsoft RMS software - RMS Store Operations and RMS HeadQuarters
Remote Support is on an pre-paid hourly rate basis.
3. Microsoft RMS - Onsite Support - Available currently in NJ and NYC only.
Onsite Support is provided on a pre-paid basis in NJ and NYC only.

Diviasoft, Inc provides onsite and remote training on Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
Training is provided on Microsoft RMS Store Operations and Microsoft RMS Headquarters software.
Onsite Microsoft RMS Training is provided in NYC and NJ only.
